There may be extra costs for identification when signing with a QES (from EUR 10.78), valid for at least 2 years.

If your trial ends without choosing a plan, we'll move you to the free version. You'll still be able to access signed documents and sign when invited, but you won't be able to invite others to sign. You can pick your plan at any time during the trial, no need to wait.

Yes. You get 14 days with all Pro plan features and unlimited users, no credit card needed. You can end your trial whenever you like.

They're not tied to individual users. They sit at company level, so everyone on your team can use them.

Yes, the Team and Pro plans support up to 50 users (we recommend up to 20). The Starter plan is designed for one person only. Need more? Get in touch with our sales team.

You do, as the person who sends the invitation. Once your plan's included signatures are used up, any extra ones are billed separately.

The law recognises three signature standards, each with different evidential weight for different document types: simple (SES), advanced (AES) and qualified (QES).

Yes. All three standards are enshrined in law: the eIDAS Regulation in Germany/the EU, and ZertES in Switzerland.

Yes. We're GDPR/DSG-compliant, hosted in Switzerland to banking-level standards, ISO 27001-certified, and we never process data in the US.
