With Skribble you sign legally and securely according

Skribble works with legally defined e-signature standards only: The qualified electronic signature (QES), the advanced electronic signature (AES) and the simple electronic signature (SES).
For the legally valid implementation of QES in the EU, Skribble works together with Swisscom and A-Trust, two recognised trust service providers according to eIDAS in the EU. Swisscom is also recognised for signing according to Swiss law.
The qualified electronic signature (QES) available on Skribble is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature in the EU and Switzerland (eg. BGB in Germany or OR in Switzerland).
Skribble and its signing partner Swisscom commit to manage data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Moreover, all data is hosted in Switzerland according to banking standards.

Swiss hosting (ISO 27001)
We host your data EU-compatible in Switzerland at the highest available standard (Tier IV). Our data centre is certified according to ISO 27001.
Documents are encrypted with an individual AES-256 key, which is assigned to the user based on asymmetric cryptography.
