The next steps regarding your RA Agency request will be the following:

- Based on your information from the form, we will complete the contract.

- The people named in the contract will receive a signature request from us to sign the document.

- Once all parties have signed the contract, we will email the final version to the contact person.

- As soon as the contract will be active, Swisscom will contact the person specified in the contract for the onboarding process.

- The onboarding process will consist of a short e-learning session and a quick test for the RA master (administrator of your ID agents) based on the topic of identification and the information material.
